Consultations are scheduled using Acuity Scheduling, a third-party platform. Availability, rescheduling, and cancellation terms may be communicated at the time of booking.
Fees for services will be disclosed in advance. All payments are subject to agreed terms.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of fees, where applicable.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations or engagements is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information they share does not violate third-party confidentiality obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law:
